History of establishment and activity
Iran Industrial Foundation Company (private joint stock) was established in March 1360 by the efforts of a number of engineers and industrial managers of the country, who had long knowledge and experience in industrial, scientific and management fields and were interested in technical, economic and cultural development and increasing the production capacity of the country. It was established through the acquisition of new and advanced global technology, the use of knowledge and experience of local experts, and the facilities and spiritual and material resources of our beloved homeland. Since 1364, the company’s activities were focused on consulting engineering services in the fields of “Industry” and “Management, System and Economy” and, on this basis, the necessary changes were made in the company’s statutes and technical staff and its qualification in the fields of “Industries” “Small and Medium” and “Management, System and Economic Studies” were approved by the Program and Budget Organization. After that, changes were made in terms of fields of activity and ranking of the company by the country’s management and planning organization or its related institutions and, in recent years, by the presidential vice president’s planning and strategic supervision, which the latest status of qualifications approved in …… Come.
In 1365, the company became a member of the Society of Consulting Engineers of Iran, and is still an active member of the society. The directors of the company, alternately, were and are the main or alternate members of the management council and the councils of specialized industrial and management groups in the society of consulting engineers. In the following years, the company has become a member of the Association of Management Consultants and the Association of Credit and Investment Banking Consultants.
Iran Industrial Foundation now, as a consulting engineering company, offers its services in various fields, including the following fields:
• Comprehensive and comprehensive planning of large, medium and small organizations, with the participation of their members and employees (strategic, interactive and operational planning)

• Economic-technical justification study of industrial and investment plans

• Cooperation in the procurement of machines, equipment and materials

Iran Industrial Foundation has benefited from the cooperation of reputable foreign companies in the implementation of several consulting engineering projects, and in this way, it has succeeded in transferring the necessary knowledge and technologies in economic, managerial and industrial fields.
Also, according to the daily needs of customers, separate departments have been formed in the field of new businesses (startups) to provide the possibility of serving and developing innovative and knowledge-based companies.
On the other hand, the export and import management department is one of the new services offered by us, and it especially enables the export of products and customer services to target markets.
